Vale of Berkeley Railway Timeline (2013-Present)
2013
The Vale of Berkeley Railway is formed with the intention of creating a heritage railway along the section of the former Severn Bridge Railway from Sharpness to Berkeley Road.
July 2014
The VoBR publishes a business plan
August 2015
A base of operations is established at the Old Engine House at Sharpness, in order to recruit volunteers and start work on the line.
January 2016
A management team is set up.
2017
A planning application is submitted to Stroud District Council
